Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1–3 days of being placed.
You may cancel your order by logging into your customer account and cancelling manually, or by contacting our customer support team (@theamourarchive on IG) within this timeframe.
Once an order has been processed or placed into production (typically within 1–3 days), it can no longer be cancelled. This policy helps us reduce waste and avoid processing or dispatch delays for other customers.
