Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 2-10 business days, our business days are Monday through Friday.
We work with a small manufacturing company in Shanghai where products are made-to-order, please know that if were experiencing a high amount of orders processing times may increase.
The maxium processing time is 15 business days -- if your order is processing for more than this maximum time feel free to contact us on Instagram (@theamourarchive) with your order number, we will resolve the issue promptly and get your order shipped out ASAP. <3
Tracking your order
After your order is done processing, youll recieve an email with your tracking code and a link to ParcelsApp.com to track your order, please note that whilst your package is on its way to your country it will only be trackable through ParcelsApp.com -- you will not be able to track with your local courier until it reaches your country/local area.
Also please note that the SHOP app is not compatible with the courier we use, meaning shipping updates will often be inaccurate or will not be updated at all. To get the most accurate shipping updates and to ensure you know when your parcel has been delivered/has arrived at your local post office make sure to stay updated on your tracking on ParcelsApp or 17Track.
I have been SCAVENGING for these boots for so long. I was a little nervous since this is my first like, purchase from a personal online shop, but in the end, I am so happy! They look accurate, and fit well !

Im usually a size W9 or for reference in adidas sambas im an 8 since they run large. I got the size 42 since I googled which one would fit me best. They are a bit big. Iprobably would have been better off with a size 41 or 40. But I still love these so much. I just ordered the panda ones in the smaller size. So cute
I absolutely love these shoes they arent tight but i sized up so are a little big
the shipping did take long which was expected and it came in good condition, however its pictured that the shoes have 3 straps since that’s what the actual isabel marant shoes have, but mine had 4 making it look a lot more like a knock off
