Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing the wrong size

  • Dissatisfaction with product quality

All product materials, product details, sizing information, and product photos are clearly displayed on our website to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in specific circumstances where the issue was the result of an error on our end. Eligible refund situations include:

  • The customer received the wrong product or wrong product colour.

  • Our postal company failed to add tracking, preventing delivery.

  • An address error or order processing mistake was made by our team.

  • Any other verified internal error that directly caused non-delivery or incorrect delivery of the order.

All refund claims must be supported with photo or video evidence and submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receiving (or failing to receive) the parcel.

3. Customer Responsibility

Amour Archive is not responsible for non-delivery or failed delivery of orders in the following cases, and refunds will not be issued:

  • The customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout.

  • A valid phone number was not provided, preventing courier contact or delivery updates.

  • The customer failed to pick up their parcel within the required timeframe, resulting in it being returned to sender or discarded by the courier/postal service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Errors Outside of Our Control

We are not liable for delivery issues that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delays caused by customs or border inspections

  • Parcels held, returned, or confiscated by customs

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been marked as complete

  • Incorrect delivery made by the courier despite correct address being provided

  • Weather or natural disaster delays

  • Airline, freight, or postal service strikes

  • Government-related or unforeseen logistical disruptions

  • Any courier or postal errors beyond our direct control

While we will always assist where possible, refunds cannot be offered for issues outside our responsibility.

5. Product Accuracy

We provide detailed product descriptions, fabric information, and accurate imagery for every item.

  • All product materials, sizing details, and photos are published clearly.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and reviewing all information before purchasing.

  • Refunds or returns will not be issued in cases where a customer purchased the wrong size or is unsatisfied with quality when this information was clearly provided prior to purchase.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 1–3 days of being placed.
You may cancel or request changes to your order by:

  • Logging into your customer account and cancelling the order manually, or

  • Contacting our customer support team via @theamourarchive on Instagram within this timeframe.

Once an order has been processed or placed into production (typically within 1–3 business days), it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
This policy is in place to:

  • Reduce waste and overproduction,

  • Maintain efficient processing and dispatch times for all customers, and

  • Ensure smooth coordination with our manufacturing team.
