What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, due to our business being small - we cannot accommodate any returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. Please carefully view your order before purchasing.
Are your products authentic?
No, our products are not authentic, and do not claim to be. We sell high-quality dupes of designer items & all logos are for descriptive purposes only. Please note that when you are buying from us you are recieving a 'dupe' of the item, not the authentic version.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be dispatched after 2-6 business days.
Delivery may take 7 - 35 business days depending on your location (please read our shipping times to check how long it'll take for your order to ship to your location).
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and confirmation of shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: The email address you use during checkout is the email you'll recieve order confirmation, tracking updates & other updates to. If you have entered the incorrect email you will not recieve these updates, please double check before purchasing -- if you have entered the wrong email please DM us on instagram (@theamourarchive) or contact us via our contact page with your full name on order and correct email so we can change it for you & resend the confirmation + shipping details.

At Amour Archive, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Our 100% Guarantee Policy ensures that you’re protected in the rare event that your order is not delivered due to a fault on our end.
Policy Terms:
You may request a refund only after two (2) weeks have passed from the latest estimated delivery date of your order.
This guarantee applies only if non-delivery is due to an error made by Amour Archive (e.g., we shipped to the wrong address or failed to dispatch your order).
What is not covered under this policy:
1. If the shipping address provided by the buyer was incorrect, incomplete, or lacked sufficient delivery details.
2. If the courier (postal or delivery service) misplaced, lost, or mishandled the package.
3. If delivery failed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or theft after confirmed delivery.
We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their shipping information before placing an order.
Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued in cases where incorrect or incomplete information was submitted at checkout.
